Our mission
The mission of our Construction Design Agency is both architectural-structural design and the execution of the construction tasks entrusted to us.
We offer you assistance and cooperation in conducting annual inspections of your buildings and establishing a Building Maintenance Log. If you manage the Log yourself, we will carry out the necessary inspections and provide complete reports along with photographic documentation. We estimate the work based on the total area of the property and the degree of its complexity.

We are making changes to the completed project to meet your expectations. We are adapting the project to the applicable building conditions or spatial development plan. We prepare the land development project and all necessary documents required when applying for a building permit.
